A religious experience

In San Luis Potosi, there is a tradition in "semana santa"(on saint friday) the principal idea for this tradition is the passion and dead of Christ. It´s espetial for the religious people, here some people walks around the downtown in the night in complete silence and dressed with a long clothes, which cover faces. Anyone can participate since chindren until older people.
There are people who´s playing a type of music with drums and cornets during the route, I can remember the last time when i saw it, i was in the shore of the el Carmen church where started the procesion and i saw a lot of people organized and ready for begins, then i followed a part of the way, i can tell you, really it´s very tired!!. Some people says: "oh it´s very bored and tired, i don´t like that", so I think it´s a important religious event in San luis Potosi because is part of our culture.

San Luis Potosi
It´s a beautiful and clonial city, it´s located in the center zone of the mexican republic.
There are a magnificents museums, like "museo Regional Potosino" where they have an sculptures, painting, there are the originals documents like the plan of San Luis Potosi.
It´s amazing because there is a little church inside, so there are strongboxes used in the virreinato ages. Usually has diferents exhibitions.

Another museum that i visited was the "Casa de la Cultura". There are some paintings, sculptures and crafts.

There is a room especially for toys, like dolls. so in the second part of the museum you can see a room adapted like real house, with chairs, paintings, armchairs; so there is a big and old piano in the middle of the room, tehre are a cuple of originals and old bikes, finaly next to this room there is a little auditorium.

I recomend you to visit some of the museums in San Luis Potosi because you can have fun and know more about the history and culture of this beautiful city.
